This nipple chain necklace features an 18-inch necklace portion with 12 inches of chain connecting the necklace to the 14 gauge barbell nipple rings. The nipple barbells are 5/8" and made with gold tone plated over 316L surgical grade stainless steel straight barbells. Another length of chain drapes smoothly down along the sides before rising up to meet the barbell nipple rings. The place where all three lengths of chain meet feature a scarlet red embellishment created with crystals, complementing the color of the chain for a look that is firey and regal and very sexy. The necklace has a lobster clasp closure for easy wear and the whole piece is handcrafted in the USA!
